CCLC offers life-changing solutions to the estimated 45,000 illiterate adults in Northern Santa Barbara County!

Last year alone, CCLC provided over 7,000 hours of free services empowering learners to:

Enter the workforce.
Take college courses.
Earn a GED.
Take the Citizenship test.
Help their children in school.
Understand traffic signs and medical instructions.
Share their skills, talents and gifts with the wider community!
This happen through:
Small classes
One-on-one tutoring.
Family literacy programs.
Highly trained and compassionate volunteers.
