CCLC offers life-changing solutions to the estimated 45,000 illiterate adults in Northern Santa Barbara County!

Last year alone, CCLC provided over 7,000 hours of free services empowering learners to:

•Enter the workforce.
•Take college courses.
•Earn a GED.
•Take the Citizenship test.
•Help their children in school.
•Understand traffic signs and medical instructions.
•Share their skills, talents and gifts with the wider community!
This happen through:
•Small classes
•One-on-one tutoring.
•Family literacy programs.
•Highly trained and compassionate volunteers.
